Lets Make Sebastian A Marian Knight
Donation protected

He always wanted to be the first student in his seat. His love and respect for education did not change as our aging father was no longer to care for him and sent him to the States where he would have the best chance for opportunity and education. Sebastian lived with his step mother and sister who became his legal guardians. The relationship he shared with his “Mother” was like no other, she was essentially the only mother he knew. Unfortunately she passed very suddenly 5 years ago. Our mom’s passing was one of the most traumatic events to ever take place and although it immobilized me, Sebastian still continued to excel in school and sports! He has ranked #2 in New York State and #13 in the Country!!!
Sebastian has been a member of the National Honor Society since Freshman year, he as also been a Key Club Member each school year. Sebastian has received the Iron Man Accommodations 3 years in a row for being on 3 Varsity teams at the same time.
While he has been on Varsity Swim and Varsity Soccer it is his Track & Field skills that have earned him State and National recognition! Sebastian has been featured in local and State periodicals praising his skill and running abilities. Sebastian has now graduated from Freeport High School with Honors!
He has been accepted by several Colleges and Universities however, the University of Kentucky and Marian University have been his top choices. Ultimately the decision was to attend Marian University, a smaller University where he can maintain focus on his major of Bio-Chemical Engineering while giving his all to his new track family!
Sebastian has received approximately $25,000 in scholarships based on the Marian Athletic Award for Men’s track and field. However, due to certain circumstances he is unable to obtain Federal Aid at this time.
Due to various spinal injuries and surgeries I have sustained I am no longer able to generate the financial income I once did, as I am now physically disabled.
Please help Sebastian continue his steady course and fulfill his dreams of college education and becoming a prominent, productive member of society! Any donation large or small is greatly appreciated and we thank you in advance for your compassion Love and support!
