A family, comprised of a mother and five children in Seaside, CA, is being unlawfully evicted from their home! The initial goal is to raise $1700 to apply for a stay on the eviction and allow the family to continue living in their home. 

This family is being illegally evicted because they were not served as is noted on the record. the tenant was out of town.

The tenant also has an active Emergency Rental Assistance application which protects them from eviction. This eviction violates that and is unlawful!

This is a call for contributions to keep them housed. Housing is a human right that has been denied disproportionately to Black people, and Black women especially.
