Scott Caulfield's Brain Cancer Fight

Hi everyone my name is Kristy Caulfield and I am the Sister-inlaw of Scott Caulfield. Approximately one year ago Scott and his Family's life changed forever. Scott had a massive seizure in the middle of the night and was rushed to the hospital. Scott had many tests and scans that revealed that he had a massive tumour in his brain. This insidious tumour is located in his frontal lobe of his brain and extends down into his spinal column. Scott was able to have surgery 1 year ago to resect it. Sadly it was confirmed that the tumour is wrapped around a main artery in the brain and only twenty percent was able to be removed. Since this surgery Scott has endure multiple rounds of chemotherapy and radiation . This plan of treatment has not shrunk the remaining tumour. Scott has received some devastating news this week. Scotts Oncologist has given him a less then twenty months time line of survival . During this time Scott has been working full time trying to make ends meet as a Mattamy Homes Site Safety worker. Scott's only concern is for his Family Ryan 21 and Jack 18 and Wife Anna . As we all know the cost of living and rent is not cheap. Missing a day of work due to medical appointments can make a difference in pay. one of Scotts final wishes is to able to spend what time he has left with his family and go on a vacation. Scott has never been anywhere outside of Ontario with his boys. After bills are paid there is not much left over for anything . With one in University and the other in High school and missing work days funds are very tight. Scott is the type of person who would do anything for anyone in need with his big smile and even goofier laugh ! I am asking you to open your hearts and please donate what you can afford.
