Scott Rompa Memorial Fund
Donation protected
It is with deep pain and sorrow that I have to share the unexpected, tragic passing of my father, Scott Rompa, who took his life on the evening of May 10, 2023.
For those of you who knew my dad, you know what a generous, fun, and vibrant man he was. He worked so hard to support his family, and he always treated his friends like treasure. He was a dedicated husband to Kasia, and father of 4 to Bianka (6), Karina (9), Tristen (26), and myself. Knowing a life without him is not something any of us were prepared for so soon, he had so much more life to live… our family is completely shattered.
We are hoping to raise funds to help us provide the memorial service and celebration of life that my dad deserves. Any additional funds will be used to support my family with legal fees, outstanding debts, helping Karina and Bianka get through school, and assisting with Bianka’s therapy and medical expenses for Rett Syndrome.
Aside from raising funds, shedding light on the subject of suicide is so incredibly important. The affects are beyond devastating with such a permanent decision. The pain of the daily impact of our loss and so many unanswered questions is something we have to live with forever – to know how much he was struggling and to not feel like there was any way out. If this page reaches anybody that may be feeling this way, please know that there IS hope. You MATTER. Every problem can be tackled with help. Asking for help is not a weakness. There are so many people that love you and need you.
Thank you for your consideration in helping us through this unimaginable tragedy.
