Scot Robertson aka Scot2Hot is a loving husband to his wife Jen and a friend to everyone he meets. He is a dog lover, his dog Cali girl is a golden retriever and she loves to play catch with dad! Scot enjoys boating, camping & fishing particularly at Lake Powell. He loves to take vacations with his wife and one of their favorite places to visit is Disneyland.
Scot has a passion for cars, especially VW Bugs, he owns a 1959 Bug that he has been working on over the years restoring. After serving a couple of years with the military, Scot followed his passion and has made a career working in the automotive industry the past 25 years. For the past 5 years Scot has been working at Trew Auto Body in Bremerton where he has become part of the family.
In the beginning of the year, Scot began to have some health issues and after a couple of months going to to the doctor several times Scot was diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma. He had two large masses on his lung which was causing him a lot of pain and difficulty breathing. The doctors put a plan in place to begin treating the cancer. Amazingly, Scot continued to work at Trew Auto Body. On August 14th, Scot suffered a seizure placing him in the hospital, tests were ran and discovered multiple cancerous tumors on his brain. He had more tests later that week which the doctors then discovered that the cancer has also spread to his liver and bones. Scot is no longer able to work or drive and is now undergoing two forms of chemo treatment to help fight his battle against this fast growing cancer. He has already undergone brain surgery to remove two of the large tumors and is scheduled to have a cyber knife procedure to help shrink the five remaining tumors on his brain. Scot is a fighter and we are all praying that he wins this fight. Since Scot is no longer able to work so we are asking if you could help Scot and Jen out by donating towards helping them through this very difficult time.
