Help the Scoots Girls Stay Sheltered During Recovery
Donation protected
2024 has been a testing year.
Just when I felt I was getting back on my feet, after a domestic violence situation, I went into a deep depression. It took three months of trials with medication and therapy to finally learn how to manage that.
However, as they say, when it rains, it pours. On August 9th, I was in a car accident that not only immobilized me for a while, but also took away my income.

Thankfully, I have some really great and supportive friends that got me a scooter and have been helping with meals and trips to the doctors and stores. Unfortunately, at the orthopedic appointment, I was told I am not allowed to return to work for at LEAST three months, pending a decision on whether the injury requires surgery.
That means that while I can scoot, I can't really pay for my rent or bills, medical needs, pet supplies, or the balance of the car loan. That's where generous and kind people like you come in.

I'm usually not the type of person to ask for help, but I really don't know what to do right now. So please, if you'd like to make the lives of one human and three adopted animals a little easier, donate today.
Funds will be used to help pay three months rent ($4500), the car loan payments for the remainder of the balance for those months ($1800), utilities ($150), phone bill ($105), and the rest will be used to help start paying down medical bills. At the very least, we need the $6450 to stay housed.
Every little bit helps, even $5 can help us stay afloat during our time of need.
Thank you from all of us in advance,
