This is a fundraising group for 10 year old son Basit who is suffering from Criggler Najjar Syndrome (CNS).

We need to raise a total of $150,000 for the treatment of the illness.

Crigler Najjar is a life threatening condition which affects the liver and blood cells. Severity of the condition can lead to brain damage. A short term cure for containing the disease is light treatment (phototherapy) needed throughout a person’s life until the transplant. The ultimate cure is a liver transplant. More information:

Together with her husband, who works in the air-force, Basit's mother lives with her three children in Karachi, Pakistan. Unfortunately, they are unable to afford the treatment for CNS. Hence, they have reached out for support so that we are able to collect funds as quickly as possible so that by the help of God, Basit's life can be saved. Please help as much as you can.
