Our beautiful, funny, kind hearted, friend
needs our help. She is currently in the ICU at
KU med, in a battle against a rare and
powerful condition that is ravishing her body.  Kelly has been 
diagnosed with Steven Johnson Syndrome. 
This is a very rare and potentially deadly 
illness that is not only excruciatingly painful
but also debilitating. At this point we are 
unsure about her future. The doctors have 
been working to prevent infection but she 
faces a very long road ahead. She may need 
multiple surgeries, skin grafts, and there is 
no guarantee she will be able to return to 
work. 
I’m going to be honest, Kelly would HATE that I am doing this. She doesn’t ask people for
help, but she is always there to help people 
in need. I need her to wake up and come back 
to the life she filled with laughter and love, 
and not one overwhelmed with medical 
bills and debt. All money donated will be used 
by Kelly’s family to pay for medical expenses 
and lost income.
