My name is Erica Acosta, I live in Milan, Italy and came to meet my now dear friend Amal from the beginning of 2024. I verified her story with documentation, video calls and we have been talking almost daily. I humbly ask you for your support to help a young mother that has already gone through the worst and now would just want to recover faith in humanity and save her baby girl Mariana. They are now located in Rafah, living in conditions no newborn baby or human being should live in.

Her story in her own words:

Hello, I am Amal Al-Omari, mother of a two-month-old girl. When I was eight months pregnant, I was suffocating because of the phosphorus and gas that the enemy was throwing at us. My father was martyred years ago, and my mother and my orphaned siblings stayed with me. I was displaced on foot for two days and was hungry for several days without food or drink and had no strength. My body was weak and I crossed the safe crossing in front of the tanks and soldiers. It had a psychological and physical impact. My child was born under harsh conditions and extreme terror. I now live with my mother on the street in a tent and we suffer from extreme cold. And hunger. My baby needs milk and pampers. She is constantly hungry, crying, and suffers from colds. I need clothes for me and my baby.
