Covid-19 is threatening the cinema industry. Movie theatres have been especially hard hit as Hollywood Studios are reluctant to release movies and blockbuster films that are essential for our survival. Major cinema chains have either closed or are struggling to remain solvent and these large companies have access to various capital avenues.
As an independently owned cinema, we do not have all the avenues to funding and therefore are turning to you our guests to help us through this very difficult time. We remain open however there is little film available to play.
We need your help to bridge the gap from now until the Hollywood studios start release meaningful blockbuster film. We are highly confident in our cinema industry and our success once movies begin to flow once again.
Mystic Luxury Cinemas is a local community cinema. We support local wineries and brewers in purchasing items for sale. We aim to program the cinema with a wide diverse of film and events so that everyone has a film or event to see at MLC. Once back up and playing Hollywood films and more we will have the Bolshoi Ballet, the National Theatre live form London, specialty art films, classics, new blockbusters, one-night concert events, digital event programming and many family films. We aim to appeal to everyone.
Bill and I have worked hard to make Mystic Luxury Cinemas not only a super comfortable community cinema with superior sound quality, but a local business that you can be proud of. This is your cinema. Help us bridge the gap until Hollywood films once again flow all the time and donate as we seek to raise $90,000 that will allow us to survive the pandemic.
