When economies grow, too often the poorest are pushed out of their own neighborhoods. They can’t afford rent, food, or medicine. We want to flip that model — to make tourism work for them.
Imagine this model:
You rent a home or stay at our regenerative farm in El Salvador.
And that rent directly provides food, medicine, a home, and comfort for the elderly who live beneath you.
That’s what we’re building — a retirement home and social enterprise on our MurphsLife farm, scheduled for completion in 2026.

This will be a peaceful, purpose-driven space where the elderly can live with dignity, cared for by the same community they helped raise. It will also serve as a sustainable tourism model — creating a micro-economy that empowers locals instead of displacing them.
