I’m Basel, a Palestinian citizen from the Gaza Strip. I live in Khan Yunis. I’m 61 years old and suffering from a couple of chronic diseases.
During the ongoing war in Gaza Strip, my daughter and her children were killed as a result of the continuous bombardment on the houses in Gaza Strip, which broke my heart.
Due to my deep sadness by the killing of my daughter, grandchildren, the shocking and heartbreaking scenes of the killed and wounded children, women, and elderly people suffering from hunger, cold, diseases, horror, and terror that the entire population of Gaza is feeling
I suffered a fatal nervous shock that led to a severe cardiac arrest that caused my heart to stop.
The heart resuscitated at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, and a cardiac catheterization as well as a stent placement in the coronary artery were performed at Gaza European Hospital.
The acute heart attack caused multiple major heart and arterial problems with severe weakness in the heart muscle.
Due to the interruption of the functioning of heart departments in all Gaza hospitals due to the ongoing war, I was unable to complete the treatment in my country.
As I urgently need to install a stent in the main axial artery as well as to transplant the ICD pacemaker as recommended by the specialist doctors and based on medical reports.
I stayed in the tents of the displaced for months because my house and my neighbourhood were bombed.
Because of my critical health condition, I was urgently referred for treatment outside the Gaza Strip.

Je m'appelle Basel, je suis citoyen palestinien de la bande de Gaza. J'habite à Khan Yunis. J'ai 61 ans et je souffre de quelques maladies chroniques.
Pendant la guerre en cours dans la bande de Gaza, ma fille et ses enfants ont été tués à la suite des bombardements continus contre les maisons de la bande de Gaza, ce qui m'a brisé le cœur.
En raison de ma profonde tristesse suite au meurtre de ma fille et de mes petits-enfants, aux scènes choquantes et déchirantes d'enfants, de femmes et de personnes âgées tués et blessés, souffrant de faim, de froid, de maladies, d'horreur et de terreur, que vit toute la population de Gaza. sentiment
J'ai subi un choc nerveux mortel qui a entraîné un arrêt cardiaque grave qui a provoqué un arrêt cardiaque.
Le cœur a été réanimé au complexe médical Nasser à Khan Yunis, et un cathétérisme cardiaque ainsi que la pose d'un stent dans l'artère coronaire ont été réalisés à l'hôpital européen de Gaza.
La crise cardiaque aiguë a provoqué plusieurs problèmes cardiaques et artériels majeurs avec une grave faiblesse du muscle cardiaque.
En raison de l'interruption du fonctionnement des services de cardiologie dans tous les hôpitaux de Gaza en raison de la guerre en cours, je n'ai pas pu terminer le traitement dans mon pays.
Car j'ai un besoin urgent d'installer un stent dans l'artère axiale principale ainsi que de transplanter le stimulateur cardiaque ICD comme recommandé par les médecins spécialistes et sur la base des rapports médicaux.
Je suis resté dans les tentes des déplacés pendant des mois parce que ma maison et mon quartier ont été bombardés.
En raison de mon état de santé critique, j’ai été orienté d’urgence vers un traitement en dehors de la bande de Gaza.

أنا باسل مواطن فلسطيني من قطاع غزة أعيش في مدينة خان يونس وأبلغ من العمر 61 عاماً وأعاني من عدة أمراض مزمنة
خلال الحرب الجارية في قطاع غزة فجعت بمقتل إبنتي وأطفالها إثر القصف المتواصل على المنازل في قطاع غزة
وبسبب حزني الشديد على مقتل إبنتي وأحفادي والمشاهد الصادمة والمفجعة للقتلى والجرحى للأطفال والنساء وكبار السن الذين يعانون من الجوع والبرد والمرض وحالات الرعب والهلع التي يعيشها جميع سكان قطاع غزة
تعرضت لصدمة عصبية قاتلة أدت إلى إصابتي بجلطة قلبية حادة وتوقف على أثرها القلب
تم إنعاش القلب في مجمع ناصر الطبي بمدينة خان يونس وتم إجراء عملية قسطرة قلبية وتركيب دعامة في الشريان التاجي بمستشفى غزة الاوروبي
تسببت الجلطة القلبية الحادة بمشاكل متعددة في القلب والشرايين الرئيسية مع ضعف شديد في عضلة القلب
وبسبب توقف عمل أقسام القلب في جميع مستشفيات قطاع غزة بسبب الحرب الجارية تعذر علي إستكمال العلاج في بلدي
حيث أنني بحاجة ماسة وعاجلة إلى تركيب دعامة في الشريان الرئيسي المحوري بالإضافة لزرع جهاز تنظيم ضربات القلب ICD وذلك حسب توصية الأطباء المختصيين وبناءاً على التقارير الطبية
علماً بأنني مكثت في خيام النازحين لعدة أشهر بسبب تعرض منزلي والحي الذي أسكن فيه للقصف
وبسبب حالتي الصحية الحرجة تم تحويلي بشكل عاجل للعلاج خارج قطاع غزة
