Save Mindy's broken heart! (PDA)surgery

I need surgery to mend my broken heart! The doctors give me a very good chance for a full life if I have this surgery. But I will only live a couple of months if I don't!

I have so many faces to lick, butts to sniff, parks to explore, and love to give. I want to live! I'm just 7 weeks old you see, and this world is soooooo amazing to me! I'm Mindy, I am a 7 week old maltipoo. 

I was diagnoes with PDA, it's a birth defect of the heart, basicly I have a hole in my heart.  

The good news is, it can be fixed with surgery

The bad news is that my family does not have $5000.00 for my surgery. 

And that is where you come in.  

If you can find it within your heart to help me out, my owner will be so happy to repay you.  You see she is very kind, and loves me very much, and she would do anything to save me.

She will do some original art of me, and also make copies of it. Just take a look at all that she is offering. 

In return, I will give her my unconditional love for as long as I live, and help her soothe her anxiety when her autism symptoms kick in.
