For those of us in Papillion who cherish good food and local businesses, Fovero! Greek and Homestyle Kitchen is more than just a restaurant – it's a dream come true for its owner, Lori who grew up just a few miles outside of Papillion. Lori always envisioned a place where authentic Greek flavors met comforting homestyle cooking, and in April 2023, Fovero! opened its doors, quickly becoming a true gem in our community.

Lori's passion for quality and deliciousness is evident in every meal and dessert served, and she's been working tirelessly to create a welcoming culinary experience for all.

However, the relentless summer heat has dealt a devastating blow. The air conditioner in her leased storefront has failed, making it impossible to maintain a safe working environment for her staff. This has drastically cut into operating hours and, combined with already slim margins due to rising food costs, the financial strain is immense. Without a solution, our beloved Fovero! is at risk of closing its doors permanently.

The landlord states they were quoted by SOS heating and repair, a hefty price tag of $36,000 which Lori would be responsible for. This, coupled with the significant decrease in business, means Lori desperately needs our help.
