on August 13, 2026 the Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners approved Homes By WestBays application to build almost 300 homes where it was originally zoned in the Comprehensive Plan for only 38.

They banked on us not knowing the law, and taking it laying down.

We have now acquired the best land attorney who has been fighting for causes just like ours for many years. He has even agreed to work with us on the payment but residents have already came out of pocket a lot for this matter so we could really use your help.
