Sarah needs our help!

Hello friends and family!

My very dear friend Sarah has found herself in a position that I know many of us hope to never be in. Sarah was in a relationship that ended due to domestic violence and emotional abuse. In order to remove herself safely from the situation and any further harm, she had to leave her home with whatever possessions she could get and in order to not further implicate herself, she has not returned. As such, she also lost the deposit on that home, as well as all the home goods she had purchased over time.

While I am overjoyed that she was able to remove herself from the situation, escape the abuse she was dealing with and was provided with temporary housing by friends, she is still struggling to recoup what she lost in leaving and that's where we need your help!

Sarah is looking for a new home, but has not been able to save up enough money for a deposit, nor has she been able to replace a lot of the every day things she left behind.  I am hoping that between all of us, we can earn enough money for Sarah's deposit on a new place as well as replace her belongings that she left behind.

We've pledged that any excess funds will be donated to organizations and local shelters fighting to end Domestic Violence, so we may pay it forward.
