Hello friends,
We are a group of volunteers working to save dogs in San Diego Animal Control, a small rural town in Texas with little resources.
The animal control facility currently has 30+ dogs including puppies, mamas, and adults. They don’t receive any medical care in the shelter. Without their necessary vaccines, there is little hope for them to survive.
These dogs are outside in a covered kennel for 23 hours a day, they get no play, no walks, and no interaction unless the ACO sprays down the kennels. The dogs are left the whole weekend with little supervision, often no food or water. This is a very bad place for young puppies and dogs.
With the help of generous donors, along with some amazing rescues, we were able to safely organize rescues and adoptions over the past few months. In total, over 50+ dogs over the past year have been saved by this volunteer group.
We are hoping to raise more funds to help save more dogs! 100% of funds will be used to provide medical care/ vaccines and arrange transport when free rides are not available.
This will be an ongoing effort and every single CENT will go towards saving dogs as they continue to come into animal control. We are so appreciative of your generosity. If you are unable to donate, please share far & wide!!
If you would like to donate directly towards their medical care, you may contact:
