Fellow Colleagues, 
We have started a collection to help Sam's family cover his funeral and immediate expenses.  Sam was a friend to many and will always be missed. 

Sam leaves behind his wife and three children of 15, 12 and 5 years of age.  He was a loving, dedicated father and husband. 

This is our way of saying thank you from our family to his for his service, dedication and friendship.
