Want to serve and advocate our families & community of at-risk transition youth to achieve success through support in their mental, social-emotional, psychological, behavioral, academic, and physical challenges.

We provide support through behavioral & developmental modicafications: nature walks, community outings, life-skills support, and academic tutoring and job/school training.

Our goal is to have a home-based house with an outdoor serene garden, teaching life skills in the house to carry into real-life homes of their own, counseling, nature walks nearby, homework help, social skills, and community outings.
