Sadaqa Jariya for my parents
As Salam Alaykum all, inna wa inna ilhayi ruji’un, unfortunately my parents have both passed away, Asha Guled passed away in hospital from covid acute respiratory failure on Wednesday 6th January 2021. Most recently, my father Abdillahi Abdi Deria passed away Thursday 15th April 2021 in Hargeisa Mashallah he passed away in the most blessed month of Ramadan. Both of my parents were very charitable people and dedicated their time and effort to helping the poor, so kind and humble Mashallah. May Allah be please with them.
Therefore, we will be raising Sadaqa Jariya. Funds will be donated in their name to make a water well, in a poor village near the outskirts of Hargeisa. Building a water well for a community can save lives, keep families healthy and promote health among the most vulnerable. When you build a water well, you’ll be helping entire communities and you will give families direct access to clean and safe water every single day. The Prophet (SAW) said that ‘The best form of charity is to give someone water (to drink).’ (Ibn Majah)
Please keep our family and my beautiful parents in your prayers. May Allah grant them janntul firdaus and widen their graves with Noor. May Allah make their graves to be one of the gardens of paradise. O Allah make their graves spacious as far as their vision can see paradise. May Allah protect us all from the punishment of the grave and hell fire Ameen and grant us all jannatul firdaus.
