At Rainbow Service Dogs, 90% of our animals are rescues from the local pounds or humane society. Thier adopters are often very low income who are in dire need of a service animal. We at Rainbow Service Dogs strive to assist all who are in need and could benefit from a service animal.  
Because so many of our members are at poverty or below poverty, we attempt to assist them with fees, training devices, food, ect. Some items we cannot waiver though such as required vests, state filing fees, and full training fees ( they do receive a discounted rate). This is to allow Rainbow Service Dogs to continue serving these individuals at the discounted rate
