Southgate Swim Team had a very successful 2015 season. The team accomplished it's main goal of ending a 4 year span of 12th place finishes at EBSL Champs. The team moved up 2 spots to 10th place and earned the 2015 EBSL Most Improved Team award. Southgate also more than doubled it's medal count at Champs in 2015.
SG is on the rise and there are big expectations for 2016. Unfortunately, the team budget has been tight and equipment is aging fast. The coaches had the idea to turn to SG alumni and friends to help fundraise to supply the swimmers with new training equipment. Any donation is appreciated and will go a long way in helping build Southgate Swim Team into an EBSL elite team!
We also expect a HUGE turnout for the 2016 Alumni meet!!! Once a penguin, always a penguin!
