I know many people are hesitant to donate to individual campaigns, but right now, this is the fastest way to take leadership and action into our own hands. If we wait for large organizations to move, we run the risk of the aid not arriving on time. When it comes to saving lives, time is the absolute key.

I am in direct contact with several friends who are leading rescue teams on the ground. They urgently need:

• Cordless grinders and saws (anything that can cut through solid cement).

• Industrial bolt cutters (to cut through the rebar of collapsed structures).

• Heavy sledgehammers.

• Dual-filter respirators, ropes, and flashlights.

How is the aid getting there?

My mom is on the ground in Colombia leading a team with her friends to coordinate the logistics. All donations from this campaign will be sent instantly to her so they can purchase the tools locally today. I will provide receipts for absolutely everything and post photos of all the purchases.
