CPE has some important news for all owners/residents regarding the impending retirement of our long time, beloved engineer, Steward Brooks. By now, most of you have had the pleasure of meeting Stew for either a leak or a clog and he has been a wonderful asset at CPE for quite a long time. It is our hope that we can demonstrate our appreciation for Steward with a proper sendoff by asking everyone to make a contribution to his retirement Go Fund Me campaign.
Steward has worked for CPE since 1987, first as a housekeeper then as a painter, and swiftly moved his way up to engineer. His hard work and dedication over the 34 years is greatly appreciated by Management, staff, and owner/residents. There likely has not been a unit that he has not visited during his tenure at CPE and he has made a substantial contribution to our investments here by helping to keep mechanical operations running smoothly.
Steward’s last day in our employ is Thursday, December 23rd, so let’s show him our appreciation by clicking on the link and investing in his future.
