Hello Friends,
Our dear and beautiful sister and friend Leslie Tuttle McKinley has been fighting a long, hard battle with cancer. Now, more than ever, she needs our love and support.
From her sister Lisa's facebook page earlier this week:
"It has been a very very tough week for Leslie and all who know and love her. Leslie has now been placed in "Comfort Care." All treatments from now on are meant with the intent of keeping her pain managed. Wrap your love around her and give her comfort in knowing how much you love her. Please continue to pray for Leslie, our family & friends and her doctors and nurses."
We have created a page for those of us who want to help, but are far away who want to send love and help to her and her loving, caring and supportive husband Scott, her amazing family, and of course her adorable son Zac.
The family has asked that the page be made for general purposes because they are unsure where the funds might be needed most. As we all know, every little bit helps, whether it goes to helping cover medical care, education expenses for Zac, or a trip to Disney World :).
I scrolled through Leslie's page and saw SAFUTE on about every other post and I thought it might be great to gather up that love and organize it for her.
What is SAFUTE you ask? It was the motto of our Sorority, 10 million years ago it seems, but the words never were more poignant: "Sisters and Friends Unto the End"
The money raised from this page will go directly to her husband Scott Kenreich. Please share this page to anyone that might want to donate. The goal does NOT have to be met in order for her family to recieve the funds. Even the smallest amounts will help.
