Help me w/ Kida and Epilepsy

My name is Trey, during my junior year in high school I developed a frontal lobe seizure disorder. It is characterized by seizures that typically happen during twilight, right before waking or after going to sleep. Some have happened during awake hours. I am raising money to buy a seizure alert/assistance dog. We hope to have him/her locally trained and certified so I can live independent and safe as I finish college.
