Hello,

As most of you already know, Doug, a long time trainer and personal friend of mine and everyone here at RPP, was recently diagnosed with AML, a form of Leukemia.  He has been in Roosevelt Hospital in NYC for the past month.  He is responding well to the chemo and was let out on a weekend pass this past weekend, but is now doing 5 more straight days of chemo.  Within the next 60 days he will have to have a bone marrow transplant.  His family at RPP is looking to raise as much money as possible to help him with all of his current and future bills as he will not be able to work for a while. We are also in the process of organizing a fundraiser.  Please help in whatever way you can to help ease the stress, a crucial part of his recovery. Our target date is Sunday, Sept. 7th from 12-4 pm at Rhodes North Tavern in Sloatsburg, NY. If you know you will not be able to attend, please go to the link below and submit your donation there.
