My sister Christine Luquette Roy, her husband Brad Roy,  and there 3 kids (8, 6, & 3 month old) Lost everything because of the flooding in there home in Central, Louisiana. It is about 30 minutes from Baton Rouge. They were in a no flood zone and they did not have flood insurance. I know so many lost there homes, I was almost one of them. As I sit here so helpless for them this is the only thing I can think of to help them out just a little bit. They have no clue I'm doing this for them. Even if its only $1.00 every penny counts.
