Celebrating Roger's Life in Aid of Pagham Reserve

Our good friend Roger Johnson, a long-time volunteer co-ordinator at the Pagham RSPB reserve, sadly passed away last week.

A nature, football, real ale and music loving man who was gentle, kind and supportive, he'll be missed greatly by the friends and family across all those social circles.

To raise some much needed funds for the Pagham reserve and to celebrate the life of this wonderful man, we're holding two music events in dedication to Roger. The first will be an evening event on the 26th February at 7.00pm which will be a virtual wake and feature some of the musical acts that Roger liked as well as poetry, story telling and contributions from his RSPB and Football connections. The second will be an online public all-day music event on Saturday 6th March hosted by Glastonwick. This is a yearly festival that Roger also volunteered at, serving pints of weird and wonderful real ales to some of his favourite soundtracks. To watch it, join the Glastonwick group  and you'll be able to see the performances on the day.
