Recently, my grandpa Rick has been bravely battling stage 4 prostate cancer, and our small family has turned to this GoFundMe campaign due to the financial strain that comes with fighting cancer. We are incredibly grateful that he has been accepted into Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, where he will undergo specialized chemotherapy treatment and normal chemotherapy has actually begun in preparation for treatment down at Mayo. This opportunity means the world to us. However, the financial aspect has added unwanted stress to my grandfather and those around him, which is why we created this GoFundMe page.
