A Healing Heart

My Dad was rushed in an ambulance to the hospital last week after having a resting heart rate of 200 BPM.  An ICD, pill after pill of heart medication, and many sleepless nights later, my Dad's condition is finally under control - Thank God, but with this, came a hefty sum of hospital bills, in what is probably the worst possible time for this to have happened.  

My Dad truly is the hardest working person I know and has always done an incredible job of providing for his family, but he was recently laid off from his job, and as a result, lost his health insurance.  With the incurrence of these hospital bills, there will be a very difficult road ahead, so I humbly ask, to please give what you can to help my Dad get back on his feet. 

I'm sure all of his friends and family can attest that this is a man that has never asked for much, and is always willing to spring into action when called upon, whether it's to fix an electrical problem, a plumbing issue, or just about anything else that's asked of him.  

I've never seen someone who was so willing to help other people, and that is something that we need more of in this world.
