Restoring Church of The Holy Rosary
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Family,
Like so many cultures, there are many parts of your heritage and traditions you would love to maintain. It is important that family history and traditions are enjoyed for all future generations.
A significant part of our history is our beautiful town in Italy, especially The Church of the Holy Rosary. This iconic Roman Catholic Church, founded by the Dominicans in 1600, is located in the heart of Guardia Piemontese, Calabria.
Unfortunately, due to poor physical conditions, the church has been closed for worship since 1994. The Diocese of S.Marco Argentano-Scalea has approved a donation of 240,000 Euros for the first phase of a complete renovation. Under the directive of the Italian Restoration/Fundraising President, Antonio Condino, there is an organizing fundraising effort to support and restore this historic landmark.
Your donations are 100% tax deductible - ID#31188. All proceeds will go directly to the restoration fund and donor names will be submitted to the Diocese. Your support is deeply appreciated, by past and future generations of Guardia Piemontese.
If you have questions, concerns, or would like additional information about this fundraising effort, please contact us at [phone redacted] - [email redacted], or any of the USA committee members.
Thank you for your support,
Mike & Silvana Santoro, USA Committee Chairman
USA Committee members: Antonio and Anna Zavatto, Ray and Marcella Khano, Anna Romano, Laura Lefief,
