Hi friends, my name is Jennifer, and I have always loved animals! Especially dogs and my lifelong dream has been to build a sanctuary to help save the lives of those who need us the most and don't have a voice. Therefore, my friend Vanessa and I started to build an animal sanctuary for stray dogs that are mistreated and are victims of animal cruelty and animal abuse, mostly in rural areas in Barranquilla, Colombia. So far, I have been able to help over 250 dogs on my own, dogs who needed medical attention, newborn puppies born in horrifying conditions with their mommies, and dogs who are just constantly victims of animal abuse and intolerance. But I can't do this alone, so I have teamed up with a rescue in Colombia that continuously works on rescuing neglected dogs. We didn't have a proper place to take the dogs once we rescued them, so we decided to open a sanctuary home where these dogs could be taken to and receive food, medical care, and love they had never had before.

Your donations help us provide our rescues with food, medical help, a house, and above all, finding them loving families. The road has not been easy; every day, food, medicine, and veterinary expenses increase, and we only rely on donations to continue saving their lives.
