Melissa Gentry travels all across our region picking up abandoned dogs for her rescue entitled Rescue DOG & End of Life Sanctuary Inc. She is in dire need of a new set of wheels for her rescue. They started in 2000 with one kennel and one dog. The rescue currently houses 90 animals. She has 40 animals being housed right now. She tries to get them spayed, neutered and on to a bigger rescue where they ultimately find their forever home. Melissa has saved over 10,000 dogs and is well known in her community. Now,she needs OUR help. The van that she uses to pick up animals has broken down leaving Melissa to use her personal vehicle. She is looking to replace the motor in the van instead of buying a new van. She needs to raise approximately $5,000. We would love to raise enough to get her a brand new van. We have set our goal at $25,000. This money will go directly to her organization from GoFundMe. Melissa spends all of her time helping animals as her primary job. This is volunteer work and she does not profit from this. She has helped many animals and now needs OUR help. Please donate today! Every dollar helps.
