Truck and work equipment stolen
Donation protected
Hi my name is Ashley and I am setting up a fundraiser for my husband Rick. If you know Rick, you know that he is the type of person to literally give you the brand new work boots off his feet. You also know that Rick is outgoing and will freely offer anything he can do someone who is in need. This last wind storm Rick was up for 36 hours helping get trees off houses for no charge at all. That's the type of person Rick is. Rick is so trusting and transparent that people often take advantage.
Rick does not want to ask for help so I am doing this for our family that needs an extra hand and doesn't hurt to ask.
Last Tuesday evening a guy came to buy his truck from Montana and ended up stealing the truck, with all of Rick's tools in it. These tools are not hammers and saws. They are personal protective equipment, chainsaws, climbing gear, thousands of dollars worth of rope, and his beloved Ax.
Rick is a logger, an arborist, and amazing father and husband.
He has sacrificed hours and hours working to provide for our family. He is always helping the community when he sees someone in need, his acts of kindness never end. He feels he owes society for his rough start in life and you can see that every day with everyone he helps. We've had a slow winter with work and burned through our savings to get by. This has set our family back. We have nothing to start with now to get him back working and all of our bills are already late.
*WE HAVE TO PAY RENT OR WE WILL BE EVICTED.*
We are desperate and we have our two small children and no way to pay anything.
No family no village just the four of us and a very unfortunate circumstance.
Because some kid from Montana stole from our family. His name is Tristan Cole from Lewistown, Montana. We have FILED A POLICE REPORT and unfortunately those things take time, that we do not have.
Please help our family get back on track.
God bless you.
