To protect their identity, the details will remain vague:

A family we've come to know and love came to the U.S. as refugees in November. A member of the family had a baby in July under difficult circumstances. Her baby was taken away on Friday without explanation. This has been extremely traumatic for the family and the mother who is a minor. The language barrier makes things extremely difficult, and they have been through enough. They have a court date coming up, and I am raising money that will go directly to the family to pay for any fees associated with this emergency.  Anything that remains will be used to buy food and clothes for their family in dire need.
