A home where my children began to learn the address, celebrated holidays, a happy and joyful home where myself and their dad were able to watch them grow from birth, was consumed along with everything they own by the Eaton Fire on January 8, 2025, in Altadena, California.

It has been a very difficult time explaining to our children (Jerome age 7 and Khalia age 3) that the address, a home where they loved to end their days after a long day at school is no longer there.
