Our friend Rebecca needs help.
On the morning of March 17, 2021 for a brief moment her world went silent. Did she hear the doctor correctly? Was she just diagnosed with breast cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes at age 34? Did the doctor also say she needs to start chemo right away? And while listening to the side effects, all Rebecca was thinking of was what this will mean for her 2 young boys and her family.
Rebecca is employed in the restaurant business, and weathering the pandemic came with lots of hardship as it did for most of us. But just when there is a glimpse of hope with the vaccine arriving and restaurants opening again, Rebecca gets the difficult news that she has to prepare for a new battle. This one will be a tough one.
Everybody who knows Rebecca knows, cancer has just met a fierce fighter and she'll do anything to get through this. However, Rebecca won't be able to return to work.
