Hello, my name is Jack. I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which is a progressive muscle wasting condition. Meaning as I get older I require more specialist equipment to help me live my life to the fullest.

I’m asking for your donations to help me purchase the Permobil F5 powered wheelchair. This chair has all the specifications I require in order to move freely, be as comfortable as possible, carry my breathing equipment and most importantly give my independence back.

My current wheelchair is on its last legs (no pun intended)
