Raising Hope For Jacob ♡

On August 5th 2015, the Moore family began a life altering journey.

Jacob Moore, age 2, son of JD & Kim Moore was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma. Jacob will be receiving treatments at the Duke Children's Hospital in Durham, NC. His current protocol of treatment is scheduled to last until mid 2016 (approx July). His treatment plan includes chemo, radiation and stem cell replacement surgery.

Jacob and the entire Moore family have a long road ahead of them. This next year of treatment for Jacob is crucial and we ask that you continue to keep the entire Moore family in your prayers, especially sweet Jacob.

This site has been formed to help one of our own. Many of us have worked with JD Moore throughout our own careers JD is currently employed at Shearon Harris with Duke Energy. Though he doesn't travel with us anymore, he is still part of our construction family.

All donations will go directly to the Moore family to help with whatever needs they may have throughout the duration of Jacobs treatments. With majority of us traveling to make a living it was brought to our attention that having this site would be easiest for us all to come together.

It is our hope to ease some of the stress the Moore family will be under and continue this site throughout Jacobs journey. So if you donate today and God leads you to donate again, this site will be here.
