Update two: thank you ALL ❤ the rest of the gofundme will be going towards getting him to the Castle Rock Cemetery. Headstone, burial, and funeral.
As many of you know we have unexpectedly lost my Dad and words cannot express the loss we are enduring at this time. Heartbroken and devastated does not even begin to cover it. He didn't have a savings or will.
Phil Baker was loved by so many. He was one in a million and he leaves a void that cannot be filled.
His love for his family and friends ran deep and knew no bounds. He treated strangers, customers and everyone he met with kindness and respect, and did so with a presence that was larger than life. It goes without saying that Phil impacted so many of our lives—his contagious energy, infectious laugh, and the deep love we felt from him will be profoundly missed.
There was never a Blazers game he missed, whether iit was listening via radio or tv, the best was when we had season tickets many years ago.
He was a man of MANY hats. A band member, a cross country runner, a baseball player and his favorite... a dad & grandpa.

Phil went through 4 brain surgeries, life flights, and over 15 ICU stays. Continuing every day with such a positive attitude. Even after all of the health complications death was something never spoke about. Dad's are supposed to be invincible. With that being said there is a lot to figure out. A Will was never made because he also thought he would never pass this soon.
