A group of long time friends have come together to start a fundraiser to help the family of one of our very own!!

We are fundraising for Randy Harrison. Randy is the husband of our dear friend, Dawn Matthews. Randy was diagnosed with colon cancer 3 1/2 years ago and the cancer has metastasized to his liver. Randy continues treatment. Randy, Dawn, Hannah, along with all of their family and friends, continue to have hope and lean on God for comfort. 

Dawn is one of our own, (CHS '84) (along with her sister, Kristi (TX), parents Rennie and Bonnie (MS).

(Mr. Rennie also fought colon cancer that metastasized to his liver. Mr. Rennie went to be with the Lord when Dawn and I were roommates at USM).

I have not spoken with Dawn about sharing the little tug on our hearts to set up a fundraiser. (BUT, I have spoken with Ms. Bonnie and we all agree mom's know best!-- We have Ms. Bonnie's blessings).
