Project Secret Santa is a charitable initiative on a mission to spread kindness, foster community generosity, and remind vulnerable children that they are valued and remembered.

The project aims to ensure that every vulnerable child in Hampshire, regardless of their circumstances, receives a christmas stocking.

With the help of our amazing volunteers and donors, we sew and fill Christmas stockings for children aged 3–16yrs who may be facing family hardship or entering care over the festive season. For many children this could be the only gifts they receive.

We also provide stockings to 16-18yr old care leavers facing their first Christmas on their own.

Thanks to the incredible involvement of members of the public and local businesses, last year’s project was a true community effort. Schools, nurseries, care homes, independent boutiques, toy shops, and beauty salons - just to name a few - joined us in creating hundreds of Christmas stockings filled with love and care that were distributed by social workers and charities in time for Christmas.

Our stockings include treats and essentials such as:

Games, toiletries, books, magazines, hats, gloves, socks, school stationery, Lego, toys, colouring books, chocolate and craft supplies.

Contributions from this funding page will be used to fill any gaps we have in donated items for particular age groups. For example last year we were very short on books and warm hats for 9-12year olds and 13-15yrs olds, these funds ensured that these kids didn’t go without in their stockings.
