My name is Karim, I am 42 years old. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 24 years old. Because of my diabetes, my kidneys have stopped functioning properly. I am currently on dialysis three times a week for 4 hours each. I am on the list for a kidney/pancreas transplant. I'm from PR and might have to travel to Texas to get my transplant. I appreciate any cooperation you can offer on my behalf so I can cover the expenses of my medical process.
