I am launching this GoFundMe on behalf of Blessed Charities, LTD. of Staten Island, New York, a tax deductible non-profit organization established in 1999 and authorized to do charities in the United States and abroad. This organization has assisted hundreds of poor people in need. The recent natural calamity of non-stop rain, flood, landslides etc. have affected the lives of thousands of people in the state of Kerala, India….”God’s Own Country”.
Thousands of people lost their homes, hundreds of people have died and thousands of people are in shelters without even having a change of cloth or enough food. Thousands of people are still stuck on roof tops without getting assistance due to continuing flood and landslides. I personally felt compelled to start this fundraiser for my homeland as giving physical help is impossible as I am 10,000 miles away. Total estimated damage as of yesterday (08/16) was Rs.10000 Crores which is around $1.5Billion USD. This will only rise in the coming days since the rain is still going on without a break.
Please contribute whatever your heart desires and can. Even the smallest amount can go a long way. We hope the United States charitable Tax Deduction is an extra incentive for those residing in the States. Thank You and God Bless!

Once the Board decides, then we will either wire it to Kerala Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund and/or individually select specific validated Charities in Kerala, India. We hope to conclude this Charity in 30 to 60 days and will post proof of monies sent.
