Cherokee County soccer player, Aidan Heath, 7 collapsed on the YMCA soccer field from sudden cardiac arrest.  He died before he ever had a chance to earn his first trophy. His heart was  a perfect candidate for organ donation but was also listed as a cause of death. Please help his mother Ashley find the answers she needs and learn what risks that Jasper, his younger brother may face.  We hope this Gofundme will allow Ashley time to adjust without the fear of losing everything she has worked for.   As a single mom she is used to doing "it all". Cherokee County and friends  hope she realizes that no one should have to face this alone. We hope as a community to provide support for Ashley and Jasper as they find their new norm.  We extend a sincere thank you to her mother Peggy and Stepfather for abandoning their remodeling plans for a bonus room and instead trying to create a refuge for Ashley and Jasper. Drywall was up, but help with patching and painting walls, laying carpet and  other construction needs to be completed before Ashley can move from the couch and Jasper from the pack and play.
