Could use help with groceries and bills please!!

Help needed please for groceries,bills and new med for Pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. Follow up appointments. I have found out, I have damage to my right lung. And damage to right side of my heart. Only works 70% now. Looks like probably not able to go back to work. And sounds like I’ll be on oxygen all the time. Unless setting down and not stressing myself. No matter what. We have a long road ahead. This is the second time this has happened in 13 years. Now saying it will be a lot easier to happen again and again. Will also be on blood thinner injections twice a day for the red of my life.
