Penelope's Cancer Support

Penelope Gwen is our little cousin, a sweet Angel sent to our family by Cassandra Ivette and Jack Lindsay.  Two weeks after her second birthday, she was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a rare form of pediatric cancer.  On July 2nd, 2020, Penelope had a biopsy done on her abdomen, to further confirm the diagnosis. Based on the many tests and scans, the doctors are sure she is high risk. While they wait for the final pathology report and the course of treatment she will undergo, her parents will be staying at her side in the hospital until discharged.

The road ahead for the Lindsay family will be a long one. The family will be putting all of their focus and their efforts on Penelope and will be with her every step of the way. Because they are a one-income family, this fundraiser has been made to help ease the financial burdens (medical expenses, lost income, food, travel) her parents may undergo during this devastating time. Anyone who knows Cassandra and Jack, know that they are very humble and incredibly giving when it comes to helping others in need. No parent deserves to go through this, especially them.
