Show your Aloha to Altadena Fire Victims (Zabalerio ‘Ohana)
Donation protected
There’s not much more to say about the tragic fires that are happening in California, tearing through the homes and lives of so many. We have all been watching this overwhelming tragedy unfold for the past few days.
Our cousin Bo (our daughter’s Godfather), his wife Suzanne and our nephew, Finn who lived in Altadena have lost everything. They were safely evacuated to his childhood home, but only have what they could pack in their car in such a short amount of time. How do you pack up every single important thing for you and your family in one small vehicle? How can you survive with just the shirt off of your back? You cannot. It’s going to be such a long road ahead for every single victim of this disaster and it will truly take a village.
We are completely devastated. Living so far from them, it’s hard to physically be there to help them the way we want to. We humbly ask that you join us in an effort to help from afar and show the aloha within our hearts. This one really hits home, so we appreciate anything can share with our ‘Ohana. There is no amount too small because it’s more than what they have left. We appreciate your kokua so much and will be praying for all affected. #MalamaCalifornia
