My name is Shirley Ambrose,

During the Fall and Winter of 2021, Nick was hospitalized for a severe infection in his left foot. Infected Bones were surgically removed. Also, during this time, his Heart went into Fibulation. I almost lost him.

Insurance did pick up most of his medical bills, but we are left with many Hospital, Pharmacy, and Doctor bills, which are beyond our means to pay. Please help us; we graciously thank you.
